What I do
Whatever the event, whatever the scale. From the most simple to the most extravagant, I will assist you in the realization of your project without the restraint of a package, but with pleasure, respect and meticulousness.
“It’s the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.”

Design
Design is a creative process by which you imagine what your event will look like and what will make it unique: colours, shapes, mood, and style. It is the portrayal of your dream which is to define what represents you. I will be attentive to your ideas in order to help you concretize your vision. I will work closely with you to develop and elaborate a designed concept and will implement it to the selection of the location, stationery, décor, lighting, music and menu. In short, I will ensure that your project carries your personal stamp.
“Everything you can imagine is real.”
-
Planning
The planning consist of determining your goals and specifying means to attain them. I will bring my help and expertise to develop a realistic budget, prepare an agenda, convene the perfect team of vendors, negotiate and follow up with your selected vendors, and put together the event schedule and floor plans. I will also provide answers to questions on etiquette and protocol.
“A dream is a goal with a deadline.”
-
Coordination
Coordination is the harmonious combination of all the services provided by the event contributors. It is the meticulous and effective execution of a plan, from installation to dismantling. I will team up with the selected vendors and will make sure that the schedule is respected. This will allow you to be a guest at your own event.
“Intelligence, imagination, and knowledge are essential resources, but only effectiveness converts them into results.”

Managing the unforeseen
Yes, I have already done it: pack the suitcase of a bride who hadn’t had time to prepare her departure from the hotel; in less than 24 hours of the event, find a seamstress to adjust the new outfit of a client whose dress had been lost by the courrier service; compose in 10 minutes, the discourse of a guest of honour who had lost his speech. That! And much more! Because the unforeseen happens. And I will be there for you.
“Nothing is certain but the unforeseen.”
